The second edition started with a wonderful idea: “America's Test Kitchen” for
stem cells. As an aspiring chef myself, I was very familiar with America's Test
Kitchen when Jeanne presented the idea to me. Basically, it is a TV show where
a variety of recipes for a particular dish are studied and tested. All the different
permutations of each recipe are taste-tested, and through all these iterations a
final, perfect recipe is distilled. I hope that we have done the same thing here with
stem cells.
